This is a super-heterodyne receiver that was created for use with the Siemens Hellschreiber. The manufacturing style is of a civilian broadcast receiver with additional controls and circuitry for Hellschreiber integration. There is a special port on the back of the receiver that allows for Hellschreiber integration. This is a very large set and also very heavy, weighing over 32.8 kg (72.3 lbs). |
